      Eveything was super!! The room was big and comfort, the hotel stuff was very friendly..

      The staff and location of the hotel are perfect.Rooms spacious with free internet access through ethernet cable.This is a true ski-in ski out hotel.

      The culinary experience was not so thrilling.No fantasy in the menu and not suited for people used in the mediterranean healthy cuisine.

      The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable beds and pillows.The spa was impecable and the staff were very obliging.

      Whilst the breakfast was plentiful and varied, the evening meal did not compare to the same standard, and the hotel lacked traditional tyrolean atmosphere. After dinner it was in the bar for a drink or back to your room, in the bar area it would of been nice to have had some music - maybe local or varied. The drinks were expensive and unfortunately during our stay we never once had a hot cup of coffee which was disappointing.

      We are returning customers and they did not disappoint us - good food, very nice staff, excellent facilities.

      It's the guests - why would you want to bring a screening infant into the sauna world!
